Do you have trouble finding activities for you and your child to do in the school holidays?
Does your child need support joining-in structured activities?
Do you want to find out about ways to make the most out of your community spaces so you can more readily support you’re the development of your child’s motor skills?
Why not join this free activity supported by EarlyEd’s early childhood intervention educators and Speech Pathologist.

WHO IS IT FOR?: Designed for all families of children preschool aged or who have just started school. The whole family can join!

TIME: 10:30am–12:00 noon
LOCATION & TIMELINE:
10.30am: Arrive at EarlyEd’s centre –
3 Cunningham Street, North Sydney.
Receive instructions to explore Ted Mack Park, North Sydney.
11.30am: Gather together at the end for an inclusive Story Time session.
12.00noon: Bring your own lunch and stay for a picnic in the park if you wish.
Supporting the needs of children of all abilities to join in active play and learning.
Come along Rain or shine. (Because it is fun to play outside whatever the weather.)
SUNNY? – Bring water bottles, sunscreen, and wear hats.
RAINING? – Wear rain coats and wet weather shoes and bring umbrellas.
BOOK IN TO HELP US KNOW HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE COMING.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Mealtime tantrums? Bedtime battles?
When you’re the parent or caregiver of a child with a disability, sometimes life can be extra challenging.
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Stepping Stones Triple P is designed specifically for parents of children aged 2 to 12 years with additional needs and can help to reduce emotional and behavioural problems in children. The seminars tackle the most common issues for parents of children with a disability. Each seminar takes just 90 minutes and you can choose to do one, two or all three.

- communicates messages to you but does not use as many words as other children their age
- understands what you say, can take turns and play and
- does not use multiple two-word combinations.

Then this free Hanen® 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗱™ run by one of EarlyEd’s Hanen® certified Speech Pathologists, might be right for you.

The program runs over 8 weeks and includes:
- 1 individual consultation before the program begins, held online
- 5 small online group sessions with other parents

KEY WORD SIGN – BASIC PROGRAM Learn Key Word Sign and give children and adults who have communication difficulties, support to understand and communicate. Being able to see a message can make it easier to understand. This program of 3 sessions provides a fun and interactive signing experience for parents or carers.
Online Tuesdays:
Tuesdays 25 June 7:00pm–9:30pm,
2 and 9 July 7.00pm-9.00pm
Numbers are limited to ensure we can provide you with the appropriate level of training. BOOK IN ASAP. We need to send the training material by post. Include your address and email when booking. An invitation with a Zoom invite will be sent via email in the days prior to the session.
